Enter all 10 indicators across Environmental, Social, Governance, and Economic dimensions.
| Indicator | Raw Value | Direction | Weight | Normalised | Dimension |

Select an indicator and adjust it by ±10% to observe its effect on the overall score.
Evidence-based sustainability improvement actions derived from your indicator profile. Top recommendations are ranked by relevance to weak dimensions.
Use the uploaded dataset or generate a new synthetic dataset of urban infrastructure cases.
| Case ID | Rainfall (mm/hr) | Impervious (%) | Drainage (1–5) | Land Use (%) | Accessibility | Community | Maint. Eff. | Policy | Dev Cost | Maint. Cost | E Score | S Score | G Score | Ec Score | Overall | Class |

This synthetic dataset was generated for research and demonstration purposes. It contains normalised ESGE dimension scores and sustainability classifications aligned with urban infrastructure assessment literature.
Feature importance analysis using two complementary ML interpretation methods.
Absolute Pearson correlation between each raw indicator and the overall Sustainability Score. Higher values indicate stronger statistical association.
Pearson correlation of each ESGE dimension score with the target sustainability score.
Gini-impurity-based feature importance from a Random Forest Regressor (100 trees) trained on the active dataset. Distinguishes non-linear indicator contributions not captured by Pearson correlation.
Repeatedly sample random ESGE indicator values across the full valid range and compute the weighted Sustainability Index for each run to explore the model's stochastic behaviour.
Mean and standard deviation of each ESGE dimension score across all simulation runs, revealing which dimensions drive model variability.
Each indicator is varied by ±20% of its full range while all others remain at baseline. The resulting change in SI determines each indicator's sensitivity rank.
Horizontal bars show the SI range when each indicator is varied ±20% of its full range. Sorted by sensitivity span (widest = most influential). The dashed line marks the baseline SI.
| Rank | Indicator | Type | Baseline | SI (−20%) | SI (+20%) | Δ Low | Δ High | Span |
|---|
Compare three predefined urban planning interventions against your baseline assessment to evaluate their impact on the overall Sustainability Index.
Overall SI for each scenario (bars) compared to the Baseline (dashed line).
Absolute dimension scores (E, S, G, Ec) across all scenarios. Grouped bars allow direct cross-scenario comparison per dimension.
| Scenario | E Score | S Score | G Score | Ec Score | SI | Δ Baseline | Class |
|---|
How each scenario shifts individual ESGE dimension scores relative to the Baseline.
